Noorulhuda Educational & Charitable Trust accepts donations for charitable purposes. Please read our refund and cancellation terms carefully.

Refund Policy

Donations are generally non-refundable, as they are immediately allocated to our ongoing charitable activities.

Refunds may be issued only in rare cases such as:

• Duplicate payment
• Technical error during the transaction

Donors must email us at noorulhudaect@gmail.com with proof of transaction. Verified refunds will be processed within 7–10 working days.

Cancellation Policy

Once a donation is made, cancellation is not permitted.

Cancellation is possible only if a duplicate transaction is detected.

Failed Transactions

If a transaction fails but the amount is deducted, Razorpay usually auto-refunds within 2–5 working days.

Donors may share their UTR number for support.
